Refund and Returns Policy

At Artistry Avenues, we strive to provide high-quality online courses to enhance your artistic journey. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our offerings.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the course purchase date.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the course must not have been completed, and no more than 30% of the course content should have been accessed.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Include your name, course title, and reason for the refund.

Refund Processing:

  1. Once your request is received, we will assess its eligibility.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Returns:

  1. Returns are only accepted for courses with physical materials, and the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the course materials.
  2. Courses with digital content are not eligible for returns.

Cancellation of Courses:

  1. Artistry Avenues reserves the right to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
  2. In the event of a course cancellation, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
