Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the course purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the course must not have been completed, and no more than 30% of the course content should have been accessed.

Refund Processing:
- Once your request is received, we will assess its eligibility.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Returns:
- Returns are only accepted for courses with physical materials, and the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the course materials.
- Courses with digital content are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation of Courses:
- Artistry Avenues reserves the right to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a course cancellation, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
